Mark Hayward is an executive leadership coach focused on success and developing sensory acuity. He is managing director of Congruity Solutions which is one of the leading providers of personal change management programmes. He started the company after spending over 20 years in senior operational management roles. After over 7 years as a senior production manager within ICI he took all their world class principles and applied it to the field of personal coaching.
